Hammer Latte

But First, COFFEE...

You guys, I'm legit pretty excited about this beauty right here! If you know me well, then you know one of MY STRUGGLES is with coffee creamer. I looove me some coffee but I'm a die hard creamer addict. I can keep the rest of my nutrition on point, but creamer has always been a must for me. Fast forward to this week...I needed to come up with an alternative to fit my current meal plan and took a spin off the bulletproof coffee (which I didn't actually like) but instead of the grass-fed butter, I used coconut oil.

I'm calling it the Hammer Latte.

So how do you make this fabulous "latte?" Simple.  In a blender, add one cup of freshly brewed coffee and one teaspoon of coconut oil. Blend, and top with cinnamon for additional flavor! This is seriously my favorite thing right now! Coming from a recovering creamer addict, I feel like that says a lot! Give it a try! I really don't think you will be disappointed!
