Hey Babes! Welcome to my little corner of the internet!!
If you're new here, let me tell you a bit about myself! I am a Health & Wellness Coach, cat lady, coffee addict, adventure seeker, wife, sleep deprived MOM, daughter, sister, best friend, Cardinals fan, follower of Christ, HGTV junkie, and so much more.
I grew up playing sports
and staying active, so it wasn’t until I hit my college years that I began to
struggle with my weight. I started out strong and went to the gym regularly,
but mainly just to do cardio, and that quickly became an afterthought. I might
add that I was married during this time - - yes, a freshman in college, trying
to balance full semesters, a part time job, and a very unhealthy relationship.
I became somewhat of an emotional eater, and so began the awful yo-yo cycle
that plagued me for the next SIX years. The cycle went a little something like
this: when my love life seemed okay, I would pack on the “love weight” aka
eating too much and assuring myself that even if I was unhappy with my physical
appearance, it didn’t matter because “he loved me for me.” Ironically, the
“love weight” gain in turn, would actually cause my love life to become rocky
and unstable (like I said, extremely unhealthy relationship), so I would
restrict my calories to unhealthy levels, and kill myself running, resulting in
rapid and unhealthy weightloss. This pattern continued through not only the end
of that relationship, but also through my next several relationships as well. I
would begin to date someone, feel comfortable, and again, let my exercise
become non-existent, and allow my eating habits to spiral out of control. This
was always followed by a break up, and me back at it, running my heart out and
restricting calories. It got so bad at one point that I ignorantly thought I
could live on peas and tilapia for a summer, resulting in a severe kidney
infection. All because the boy I was dating called me chubby.
So what finally changed
for me? By the time 2012 rolled around, I knew I needed a permanent change and
that I really needed to start with my nutrition, enter Beachbody. It all really
started for me when I made the commitment to complete the Ultimate Reset (UR).
With the UR, not only did I start focusing on my nutrition, but I also started
focusing on myself as a whole. It truly was a healing process for me on every
level, nutritional, physical, emotional, and spiritual. I learned that in order
for others to respect me, I needed to respect myself first. The next step? A
very close friend, who had watched my struggles, and saw my attempts to make
improvements invited me to the gym, and I was hooked from day 1. It became part
of my routine, we met at the gym every.single.day right after work and worked
our way through several workout plans. Not only was I getting stronger on the
outside, but on the inside as well, and that’s when I decided, after much
contemplation, that I wanted to help other women do the same.
I began designing the life I have always craved, a happy soul, good mental health, a balanced lifestyle, freedom from corporate America, the ability to work on my own schedule, freedom to travel when and wherever I want. My hope is that my story can inspire just ONE person to take a step in the right direction.

Where am I now? Now I am
healthy, I am strong (mentally, emotionally, and physically), but above all
else, I am HAPPY! Head on over to my Instagram, Facebook, or blog to see the beautiful life
I am so lucky to live. Thank you SO much for visiting my page today! I hope to

wonderful day!!
